Reservation & Payment Confirmation Policy
Please be informed that any reservation made through the booking system will expire automatically if the required payment is not completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, the reserved time slot will be released and made available to other applicants.
A reservation will only be considered temporarily held (frozen) after the applicant contacts the provided WhatsApp numbers. Following this, the FMX team will share the final payable amount and bank details via WhatsApp message. The applicant must then send the payment receipt to the same WhatsApp number and receive payment confirmation.
Until full payment confirmation is completed, the reservation will NOT be considered final or guaranteed.

Consultation Fees
- Each 15-minute online consultation is charged at 250 Euros (or the equivalent in other currencies)
- All consultation fees are strictly non-refundable
Payment Structure
Deposit
- A 30% deposit is required to initiate the process
- This amount is strictly non-refundable
- It covers coordination, consultation, and analysis services
Second Payment
- An additional 30% payment is required after approval of the analysis phase
- At this stage, a total of 60% of the full amount will have been paid
- This amount is also non-refundable
Final Payment
- The remaining 40% is payable at the execution phase

- All payments at every stage are non-refundable
- By proceeding with payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms
- These terms are legally binding and must be accepted prior to engagement
